TORRE CUBE
The building�"TORRE CUBE"� is 70 meters tall and is located in a high intensity seismic zone such as the City of Guadalajara.� The building contains 20-story, four are used as parking spaces and the remaining ones as office space.
The building was developed starting from three reinforced concrete cores�which are the only support structures in the entire building. These support large projecting structures cantilevered up to 10 meters with concrete slabs of up to 22 meters which were joined through the massive use of post-tensioned slabs and innovative metallic beam walls
The architectural and structural project was subcontracted to the office of Arq. Carme Pinos, the structural calculation to Dr. Luis Bozzo and the construction to� Anteus Constructora, Our Office.
